We're smoke free indoors. No cigarettes, cigars, vapes or e-cigarettes inside any apartment or building, including the leasing office. Smoke outside, at least 20 feet from any building. Smoking inside is a lease violation with a $50 minimum fine, and any smoke odor removal is charged back at move-out. Cigarette butts on the ground are $50 the first time, $100 after that.
Up to 2 pets per apartment, 50 pounds max each at full grown weight. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $25 a month in pet rent per pet. Breeds we can't accept: Akitas, Bulldogs, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Fila Brasileiros, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, and Wolf Hybrids. Same goes for any dog with a bite history. Everyone completes a PetScreening profile before move-in, even with no pet. No Pet and Assistance Animal profiles are free. A Household Pet profile starts around $20 and needs a photo and vet records. Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome, with no pet fee and no pet rent. Just let us know so we can walk you through the accommodation request.
